Carnival Yoga and Culture of Peace

carnival EL Nagual

Carnival Yoga and Culture of Peace

Building internal harmony and promoting peace in the world

During Carnival, El Nagual will receive the Yoga and Culture of Peace course. It will be a complete immersion in the ancient techniques of Yoga and principles of the Culture of Peace. We will work on building peace at different levels: from the personal, internal (inner peace) ), until the construction of peace on the planet.

We guarantee a delicious vegetarian and vegan diet, many waterfall and river baths, all with comfort in a welcoming environment.

The facilitators will be Leandro Uchoas - from Instituto Shanti Brasil, and Pedro Salazar - from Yoga na Glória.

At the beginning of the day, the participant will be invited to practice yoga and self-knowledge, working on his physical and mental balance. The focus will be to offer accessible tools for the practitioner to awaken to the benefits that a daily yoga routine can do for your health in general, bringing much more disposition and energy to your life.

During the day, we will dive into Non-Violent Communication, Circular Processes, Conscious Consumption, Circular Processes, Education for Peace, etc. We will take a complete tour of peace-building values and tools, including a debate on Male and Female, on Human Rights and on Nonviolent Activism.
